Payment:

 

Victoria’s Vintage Shoppe accepts E checks and all major credit cards through Paypal.  Paypal is one of the safest and most secure methods of online payment protecting your personal information using the latest encryption software.

 

We also accept money orders and personal checks and will hold your purchased item for seven days.  If we do not receive payment within seven days, the item will be re-listed for sale.

 

Privacy:

 

Victoria’s Vintage Shoppe respects your privacy and will not disclose any information you provide us.

 

Shipping:

 

We ship U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx ground within 2-3 business days of  receipt of payment.   Insurance is included in the shipping cost.  Shipping rates  are for Continental U.S. only.  Alaska, Hawaii and international customers please email us for shipping rates.  Shipping will be calculated for you at check out.

 

Returns:

 

All antique and vintage items are sold “as is” and are non-refundable. These beautiful time worn pieces are not perfect and I will be as specific as possible in describing all of our items.  Although most of our items are vintage, and antique we do from time to time offer newer items, which are returnable within 14 days.  The items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price.  A store credit will be issued for the price of the item.  Shipping and insurance cost are not refundable.
